What is the essence of Inner peace? Is external peace essential for inner peace?
Answer
Inner peace is a wonderful feeling that includes contentment, happiness and stability. I would have to say that although it is best to have external peace, its not actually necessary for inner peace because if our mind is at peace, we should be able to take or accept a few external factors going on around us without it affecting our inner peace...
