Dolores Umbridge, Bellatrix Lestrange, or Lord Voldemort? She really is a nasty piece of work. Even out of character, when you have these choices, Id still pick Dolores as the most hateful because she was in a position of much power and has the stamp of the government to back her up. The Dark Lord and Bella at least have to resort to cunning and underhanded tactics to cause as much harm. In Doloress case, her prejudices and biases were such that she did not even have to be a Death Eater or be under the Imperius Curse to cause harm. She served the Dark Lords purpose even without his prodding or inclusion into his plans.brbrEdit The rate things are going, Dolores would outscore both of us! Not fair... Lets leave her out...
